Matthew Markve

Mr. Matthew Markve serves in the position of technical assistance and continuing education specialist. He is responsible for developing and delivering face to face, distance and self paced product training to State VR agencies and appropriate ancillary partners; developing and maintaining the TACE website, and developing, disseminating and evaluating results from needs assessment. Matt has eight years experience as a trainer/educator and is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. His areas of expertise include ethics, generational poverty, substance use and abuse, counseling theories and techniques, developmental disabilities, and rural issues in rehabilitation service delivery. Matt earned a B.S. in Psychology from the University of New Mexico, an M.A. in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado and is currently a doctoral candidate in Human Rehabilitation at UNC.
